• Advise customers on the options available to help shape/ alter a dress to suit their requirements/ preferences/ tastes to enable them to make informed decisions on their purchases.
• Offer customer service of the highest quality by carrying out alterations to clothes as per the specifications given by customers and deliver the goods on time, so as to enable them to enjoy a personalized service and a happy shopping experience.

Person Specification:

• High School / "O" Levels with a diploma or certificate in tailoring
• High level technical knowledge together with knowledge of fabrics
• 3 to 4 years experience in the fashion industry
