Job Brief:
- Visit retail outlets everyday, verify stocks of the given brands of perfumes and obtain orders from the Retail Outlet In-charge or the Shop Manager for replenishing the same.
- Liaise with Marketing Department on product launching activities, present this information to the Head Offices of retailers as well as to the Retail Outlets themselves in order to obtain orders for the new products/brands and promote business.
- Co-ordinate and follow-up with the warehouse for accurate and timely supply of the products/brands to Retail Outlets so as to ensure their availability and achieve sales targets.
- Co-ordinate and follow-up with the bill collectors to ensure timely collection of payments from retail outlets / bulk purchasers.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from Promoters in order to feel the pulse of the market trends, stay ahead of competition and meet customers’ needs.
- Innovate sales promotion strategies and organize Bazaars periodically, to ensure quick movement of products from retail outlets, to dispose off old stocks piled up in the warehouse and to reduce inventory costs.
- Prospect new customers / markets / products and suggest the same to Management for their consideration and further action so as to develop business and /or territories.
- Prepare and submit various reports periodically and attend meetings to discuss the sales performance of each brand, stock position, market trends and assist the Sales Manager in preparing the annual sales budget.Â
Person Specification:
- Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in sales & marketing
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Driving license
- Knowledge of spoken Arabic and Hindi or Urdu advantageous
- Good command of written and oral English necessary
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to work beyond office hours and on weekends.
