Planning Manager

Job Brief:
  • Develop and approve annual sales / margin / OTB / Markdown plan & monitor performance through seasons. Initiate corrective action where necessary to ensure targets are met and OTB is adhered to. Develop planning policies and procedures and ensure effective controls are in place to monitor compliance.

Job Brief:
  • Visit retail outlets everyday, verify stocks of the given brands of perfumes and obtain orders from the Retail Outlet In-charge or the Shop Manager for replenishing the same.

Job Brief:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Review previous days’ sales figures and take proactive initiatives to ensure outlet target is met. Responsible for yearly budget achievement and accountable of all costs involved in promotional and development areas within the outlet.

Job Brief:
  • Provide support, service and advise on all financial matters to the company’s management, i.e. budgets preparation, and presentation, management accounting, MIS and all other financial and non financial reports and statements.
  • Liaise with all central and company departments for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Consolidate annual accounts and organise and assist in the audit of the annual accounts.

Job Brief:
  • Plan and implement effective PR campaigns in liaison with the managers of the respective accounts. Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns, and update the managers on the impact, success and outcome.
